The travellers of m/s Celebrity Reflection are able to disembark in St. Petersburg without having a regular Russian visa. You should, still, have a Tour ticket (the same as Blanket visa), as confirmation of the city tour you get with us. This tour ticket you will need to present to Passport control. We will offer you with this paper in advance via e-mail. The Tour ticket fee is always included in the price of our tours of St. Petersburg.
