The passengers of m/s Ocean Dream are able to debark in St. Petersburg without getting a standard Russian visa. You should, however, have a Tour ticket (the same as Blanket visa), as confirmation of the city tour you get with authorized tour company. This tour ticket you will need to show to Passport control. We will offer you with this paper in advance via email. The Blanket visa fee is always included in the price of our tours of St. Petersburg.
