The cruise passengers can debark in St. Petersburg without having a standard visa. You will need a “tour-ticket” also named Blanket visa (a document confirming the tour you booked with licensed travel company) which you will need to show to Passport control. We will provide you with this paper via email. The price of Blanket visa is always included in the cost of our Shore Excursions of St. Petersburg.
