Annual “Alexandrinsky” International Festival introduces the art of the nation’s largest theater companies of Russia, Europe, and Asia, presenting a panorama of classical and contemporary world’s theater in the context of traditions and innovations of various theatrical cultures. The program includes performances based on the works of the classics, productions of contemporary drama luminaries and young directors.
